LA Vision

A Flutter app that keeps a live link between a phone and smart glasses over Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi. It chains speech, vision and navigation into one hands-free loop.

My part: Built the Flutter mobile layer, worked out the glasses’ undocumented communication protocol by testing and designed a real-time logging framework to trace faults between device and app. I was one of three interns selected through the school Co-Op program.

Electrical load study

Six months of electricity data for two industrial tenants with different load profiles, checked against what the grid connection was sized for.

warehouse planning study

My part: Calculated load factor, power factor and demand utilization. I compared maximum demand with sanctioned capacity to show underutilization and power-factor penalties. An electrical consultant reviewed the analysis. I also turned parcel volumes into dock requirements in an Excel scenario model for a warehouse design.

Disclosure: EcoBox Industrial Parks is my father’s company. My role there was observer during school vacations.

Manufacturing

  • Starways Group, industrial engineering placement, 2025Three weeks following precision-machined automotive parts from raw material through cold forming, CNC and inspection. I read output, cycle-time and downtime logs to find where delays built up, in a report the plant supervisor reviewed.
  • Factory visits, 2025Yazaki, Haier and Hindustan Electric Motors in Pune and Vapi: automation, assembly lines, quality control and safety systems.
